Amelie Housing has purchased a parcel of land in the northern suburbs of Adelaide. It is the first development project in South Australia for the newly accredited tier 1 organisation since the merge of Frederic Ozanam Housing Association and Amelie Housing in July 2019. Amelie Housing is expecting to submit plans in early 2021 for development on the site.
Brian Murnane, CEO of Amelie Housing says, “This a great opportunity to start our building program in South Australia”.
The development will deliver a range of homes to help with addressing the increasing need for affordable rental properties in the Northern Suburbs.
